My name is Anastas.  I am a Dakini and Tantra Teacher.   Tantra is a spiritual path and the path of sacred sexuality.   I will teach you how to use your sexual energy to achieve expanded states of consciousness in which you will experience the union between the between the spiritual and the sexual and the earthly and the divine -- in yourself, your partner, and in all of existence.
 
As a Tantra teacher, I show you how to combine the sacred arts of love, sexuality and spirituality to create a powerful synergy that will facilitate accelerated enlightenment.  I teach Tantra by creating a Tantric relationship with you.  We meet in the place of the sacred heart space where I can show you the bliss of Namaste...where the Goddess in me can dance with the God in you.

You will learn not through lectures but through experiences and reflections on your life and our experience together.   The essence of Tantra is to be fully present in the moment, sensing and feeling into it without the contribution of your analytical mind.  It is to experience the moment totally without thinking.  It is to acknowledge the sacred dimension in our selves and each other and bow down to the Divine, the Godhead within. To attune to energy...
You will become so present and in your senses that you will be attuned to the energetic realm within yourself and your partner. You will learn to move and direct your sexual energy to different places in your body and to transmit that energy to, and receive it from, your partner, creating, what in known in Tantra as, the circle of bliss.

Tantric Touch....
There can be an exquisite artistry to touch that sends electric shivers of erotic pleasure through the bodies of both the giver and the receiver.  It is possible to be as turned on by touching as being touched. This is not only because your partner’s pleasure turns you on but primarily because you are contacting and generating sexual energy through your hands that is transmitted into your body giving you rushes of sexual excitation.  At the same time you are generating your partner’s arousal.  As every cell in the body is a sex cell, it does not matter where the touch takes place.  The result can be the same on the arm or the throat as on the genitals.  This most Tantric of touches takes place in the context of a wide range of sensual strokes that keep the receiver out of his or her mind and focused on his or her senses.  I can teach you to experience and enjoy a wide range of Tantric touch strokes that are perfect for love-making and sensual massage..

Ejaculation Mastery...
Most men can have intercourse for 5 to 15 minutes without ejaculating - some less, some more.  It is possible, however, through learning ejaculation mastery, which is part of Tantric love-making, to have intercourse for hours at a time, in fact for as long as you have the strength.  Once you have the knack of ejaculation mastery, it is then possible to experience orgasm without ejaculation.  This orgasm is not focused in the genitals but is a full body orgasm, known in Tantra as the Valley orgasm.  Once you have separated orgasm from ejaculation you have the capacity to be a multi-orgasmic man.

My Training
For my training in Tantra I have many people to thank.  My teachers include Margo Anand, Daniel Odier, Charles and Caroline Muir, Bohdi Avinasha, Laurie Grace, Kutira and Raphael, Mare Simone, Shama, the Quodoshka teachers of Harley Swiftdeer, Dhyan Jeffre Talltrees and Dhyan Somraj and, most of all, my own Tantric partner, Steven Vogue, and the great Tantric master Osho Rajneesh.  I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and am a certified hypnotherapist and massage practitioner.

I am presently developing Tantric workshops for people in their 20's and early 30's.


OUR TANTRIC SESSIONS:

There are many facets to the diamond of Tantra...  Thus, Tantra cannot be taught in one session.  However each session is complete in itself and you will leave with knowledge and a skill that, if used, can change your life and your love-making forever.  Each session will also be an experience to remember, and a taste of the pleasure that comes from the union of the sensual and the spiritual that lies at the core of Tantra.  Massage, touch, movement, breathing, sound, attention, and the sacred heart space of our relationship are all involved in my teaching of Tantra, with the emphasis being on different facets depending on the focus of the session.  You will receive pleasurable Tantric homeplay at the end of each session that will enable you progress at a faster rate.  There is no intercourse and this is not necessary to the teaching of Tantra.  The experienced Tantrika who has learned the art of moving energy, discovers that it is possible to penetrate someone with your energy alone. 

WHO I WORK WITH:

I am willing to teach Tantra in private sessions to men, women and couples. 
Where appropriate I will work with a male or female partner, particularly when working with couples. 
Double Goddess sessions are available. 
I work with more experienced Tantric men as well as novices.


TANTRIC COACHING FOR WOMEN

The Six Purposes of Tantric Coaching for Women:

1. To become a Tantric woman – who can actualize her sexual and spiritual potential through the Tantric path, while finding sexual bliss and sacred love with her lover.

2. To heal sexual wounds. Sexual wounds will block you from experiencing sexual pleasure. Those blocks could be cutting you off from almost any sexual satisfaction and causing deep dissatisfaction on the part of yourself and your partner. LENGTH AND FREQUENCY OF SESSIONS

IF YOU ARE IN SAN DIEGO OR SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
A session is a minimum of two hours and can be as frequent or infrequent as you wish – although we do not recommend a greater frequency than once a week or a longer postponement of more than a month. Once every week or two is ideal.

IF YOU ARE IN NORTH ORANGE COUNTY, LA AND SANTA BARBARA
To save traveling time, especially if you live in LA or beyond, you may wish to do longer sessions. For example, a half day, four hour training, or a one day training, less frequently may suit you better than the two hour session.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
If you have to fly to see us, come spend a day or two with us and we will develop a program based on the time you have available and your interests.
